4 Steps to Achieve Your Goals

We all have goals we want to accomplish, but how often do these get pushed aside? Whether it’s a meaningful New Year’s resolution or an achievement we want to unlock, we often get too overwhelmed or distracted to reach our end goal.

In an infographic by Twily we learn about four research-based steps that we can all action to reach our goals. So instead of feeling like a failure, or avoiding the inevitable, we can focus on doing the next best thing and before you know it, you will accomplish what you started.

According to Twily, the four steps to achieve your goals are:

  1. Aim for one achievable goal at a time

  2. Have a good sleep routine

  3. Make your values front and centre

  4. Drop Plan B, it will distract you
