6 ways students can overcome stress

6 ways students can overcome stress

April 30, 2021 By Jessica Morris Leave a Comment

It doesn’t matter what age you are – studying can be stressful. And whether you’re trying to manage your work/study balance, or are raising a family, it’s essential you take care of yourself.

But that’s easier said than done, right? Because if we’re not busy enough already, getting stressed or anxious about study makes everything more challenging. And that not only impacts any essays or work we submit, but it can harm our overall health and relationships too.

That’s why the practice of Mindfulness can be so effective for students of all ages. With simple steps – moments at a time, mindfulness can ground us in the present moment, decrease our heart rate, and re-focus.

This infographic by CustomWriting.org gives us 6 ways to practice Mindfulness every day. We can practice it when we are eating, when we wake up, walking and breathing. So next time you feel stressed and overwhelmed, why not try one of these mindfulness exercises? It can be quick, easy and it’s great for your health.

Are you stressed about study?  Do you find it challenging to balance your study, work and personal life? Contact Colleen on 0434 337 245 or Duncan on 0434 331 243 for a FREE 10 minute consultation on how we can best help you or book online now.
