13 Times Taylor Swift reminded us to Breathe

13 Times Taylor Swift reminded us to Breathe

January 31, 2025 By Jessica Morris

Blog Jan 31

Taking a deep breath is a good idea in every era, whether you’re a Swiftie or not. Why? Well, it slows your heart rate, sends more oxygen to your brain, and gives you clarity.

No matter what you are feeling, taking a deep breath is a reminder that there is more than a moment of fear, pain, anxiety or uncertainty.

????Take a breath when you are doing something new.

????Take a breath when you have social anxiety.

????Take a breath when you feel ashamed or full of regret.

????Take a breath when you are learning how to trust.

❤️Take a breath when you have a broken heart.

????Take a breath when you’ve lost hope.

????Take a breath when you begin again.

For the best effect, take a deep breath in for 3-5 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, then release slowly. Repeat as many times as you need.

A deep breath is a stepping stone to whatever comes next. All you need is a moment to pause, centre, and breathe.
