The 30 Day Alcohol Free Challenge is about you taking responsibility for your own long term health and wellbeing. Changing any habitual behaviour can be extremely difficult to achieve, and the level of support you receive will determine your success in this.
The purpose of this resource is to provide daily support in ways that invite you to be an active participant in your 30 Days Alcohol Free. Some of our suggestions will work for you; others may feel a little uncomfortable and awkward. Try them anyway! Be daring and step outside your comfort zone. Yes, you will be exploring new and different ways to behave, and it may feel like you are swimming against the current.
