I am not a morning person. And by that, I mean I will always reset my alarm at least once, and will walk around for the next hour bleary eyed and not 100% there. Truth be told, it normally takes a quick walk outside and coffee to wake my mind and body up – at the very least, to be ready for work!
If your best hours of the day take place after lunch too, you know what I’m talking about. But we don’t often have the luxury of sleeping in. And if you have kids or a pet there is a good chance they will ‘interrupt’ any potential sleep ins available! Unfortunately, in these moment I am more prone to waking up on the wrong side of the bed. I’m negative, irritable and lethargic, but, a good playlist can help turn the tide of my bad mood.
