10 + ways anger impacts your health and wellbeing

10 + ways anger impacts your health and wellbeing

anger

Anger is a natural emotion, but it has the ability to take over our life if we don’t deal with it healthily. Anyone who has struggled with a sense of uncontrollable anger will tell you that it affects more than just their body — it impacts their mind, relationships, mental health and career as well. In this infographic by Happify, we learn about the broad impact anger has on our health and wellbeing.

The positive news is that anger doesn’t have to control us. Once we tap into the underlying emotions that trigger an angry outburst, we can begin to take back control of our lives. Happify even give us some tips on how we can start this process by forgiving people, and asking for forgiveness.

Take a look at the infographic below and see how anger is impacting you.
