There’s a fine line between experiencing every day stress and struggling with a level of anxiety that inhibits your life. So do you know how to tell the difference? This infographic by Believe Perform highlights 37 symptoms of anxiety you may not be aware of. It includes physical symptoms, like a tight chest and stomach cramps; mental symptoms such as catastrophising; and behaviours like avoidance.
