If I was to ask you on a scale from 1 to 10, how much you believe in yourself, what would you say? For many of us, self doubt is a constant companion. Every scenario gives us ‘what if’s’ and ‘but’s’, and we begin to doubt our ability and ourselves.

Humility is one thing — it pays to be a realist and know our capabilities. But when we become observers in life rather than participants, we’re missing out.

So how do we conquer self doubt?  We came across this infographic created by Vegas Sky Diving that explores 8 proven ways we can defeat our own insecurities.
