8 Steps to Total Self-Care

8 Steps to Total Self-Care

8-Steps-to-Total-Self-Care

Self-care is a buzz word right now. But sometimes, it’s difficult to figure out if it means we’re meant to take long bubble baths, or go for a run. To be honest, self-care often looks like a mix of relaxation and work — but that’s easier said that done, right? Especially when life is busy and we can’t find time to take care of ourselves.

Thankfully, Dominee at Blessing Manifesting has broken self-care down into 8 areas or steps: Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Personal, Space, Financial and Work.

We love how she explains each area of self-care, because it helps us to identify which parts of life are overwhelming, and practical ways we can change it up.  For instance, you might be doing really well in your physical and spiritual life, but may feel isolated and lonely. That indicates you need to focus on your Social self-care!

The great part of this infographic, is that each area of self-care is interconnected. By caring for your physical, you with experience rewards in your emotional health. And by managing your work and financial spheres, you can live with more certainty, boundaries, and purpose.

Take a look at Blessing Manifesting’s infographic below, and visit the website for more downloads like this.
